Bev Stanley was Ianto Jones' boss at Torchwood One. She was the head of Information Retrieval in the Institute.
Bev was described by Ianto in as being a woman who only smiled when she wanted something done. Ianto also said that Bev tried to emulate Yvonne Hartman, wearing the same clothes and doing her hair exactly like Yvonne's.
