Frances Pidgeon (16 July 1930-21 December 2015[1]) played Miss Jackson in the Doctor Who television story The Hand of Fear.
She also played the uncredited role of Queen Thalira's lady-in-waiting in The Monster of Peladon. (DWM 216)

She was married to director Lennie Mayne, who cast her in both of her stories.
