Laura Henderson was a nursing home attendant who cared for the Master during the final days of his life.
When the Master died, Laura encountered the Fifth Doctor and his friends Tegan Jovanka and Turlough. She was drawn into the world of the Time Lords when many patients in the nursing home went missing. Laura teamed up with Tegan to investigate and later discovered the Master was neither dead nor the man she thought he was. She was killed by the Master when he used the Tissue Compression Eliminator on her and burned her in the boiler. (PROSE: The Velvet Dark)
