Ben Daheer was a clothing merchant in Jaffa during the Crusades. An unscrupulous man, he bought stolen clothing from Thatcher. In 1190, the First Doctor took the stolen clothes for himself. When Daheer later accused him of theft, the Doctor got him to admit he had purchased the stolen clothes, forcing him to implicate Thatcher. (TV: The Crusade)
