Edward VII was the King of the United Kingdom whose reign followed that of his mother Queen Victoria. The Doctor claimed to have met Edward VII in Paris. (DW: Inferno)
In 1902, Professor Challoner intended to conquer the Earth and prop up Edward as his proxy, using Temporal Reversion Devices. The King and Balmoral Castle were to be abducted by the Judoon. (QR: Revenge of the Judoon)
