Isskar, in his youth, was a magistrate who dealt with minor issues on the planet Mars, which included him accusing The Doctor and Amy for trespassing, even though it was actually Zara and Harmonious 14 Zink. As he talked him them, he liked to play guessing games. After Amy and Zara had converted the third segment of the Key to Time, capstone of a pyramid, and Zara fled the scene, he rescued Zink, The Doctor and Amy from a collapsing gravity bubble.
