I removed this section as completely speculative and not supported by anything on screen. It was one of many different pieces of speculation about the character, utterly rendered moot by the final episode. It's possible a "Behind the scenes" section could be crafted detailing some of the speculation about the character, but statements like "Noble means president" and somehow linking that to Romana ... it just comes off too weak, especially for an in-universe biographical article.
