Lee Harvey Oswald assassinated U.S. President John F. Kennedy.
On 22 November 1963, the Ninth Doctor was photographed in Dealey Plaza in Dallas, Texas. President Kennedy passed within a few feet of him an instant before being fatally shot by Oswald. (TV: Rose; WEB: Defending the Earth!)
