The Bad Wolf computer virus had erased all information on Rose Tyler from the Torchwood Institute database. (DW: Love & Monsters) This was presumably done by Rose Tyler as the Bad Wolf entity in The Parting of the Ways when she scattered the phrase Bad Wolf throughout space and time.

The Doctor had earlier offered Mickey Smith a computer disc containing a virus which, if activated, would erase all mention of The Doctor from the Internet. (DW: World War Three) A connection may or may not exist.
