Peter Anderson Studio took over from BBC Wales Graphics as the provider of graphics for Doctor Who, beginning with series 7. Perhaps more significantly, though, they designed the title sequence which replaced the Framestore version, premiering on The Snowmen.
A highly prestigious studio, they had previously worked with Steven Moffat on the innovative title design for Sherlock. They also designed the opening titles for many of the UK's most prominent television series of the 21st century, including:
- The first HD EastEnders title sequence
- Moses Jones, with Matt Smith and Shaun Parkes
- Paradox with Tamzin Outhwaite
- Death in Paradise with Don Warrington
- Beaver Falls guest-starring Anjli Mohindra
- Criminal Justice with Bill Paterson
- Primeval
- Outcasts, featuring production design by Ed Thomas
