Don Warrington MBE (born 23 May 1951) played Rassilon in various Big Finish Doctor Who audio stories. On television, he played the President of Great Britain on Pete's World in Rise of the Cybermen.

In an occasional instance of the television series acknowledging spin-off media, the uncredited extra who briefly plays Rassilon in The Timeless Children was cast by Mark Corden for his physical resemblance to Warrington.
