The Shadow was a spacecraft which resembled an Edwardian sailing yacht. It had an ion drive as well as sails which caught the solar winds. It was commanded by Captain Striker when his fellow Eternals and he took part in the race to win Enlightenment. The Fifth Doctor, Tegan Jovanka and Vislor Turlough landed in the ship's hold and befriended the captain. The ship was targeted by Captain Wrack. (TV: Enlightenment)
