One tended the Maldovarium and served Dorium Maldovar. It presented River Song with a Vortex manipulator that Dorium described as 'fresh off the wrist of a handsome Time Agent. However, the Pan-babylonian hadn't removed the Manipulator from the wrist of the Time Agent, an error it was reprimanded by Dorium for.
