A Pan-Babylonian was a humanoid species originating from one of the seven planets of the Sun-singers of Akhet.

One tended The Maldovarium and served Dorium Maldovar. It presented River Song with a Vortex manipulator that Dorium described as "fresh off the wrist of a handsome Time Agent".
