Sunlight 349 was one of the 400 planets that made up the Sunlight Worlds which the Daleks planned to transform into Skaros unsing the Cradle of the Gods.
Lillian Belle was a journalist living on Sunlight 349.
The Eleventh Doctor attempted to spark a revolution on Sunlight 349 to overthrow the Dalek Foundation but nobody listened to his warning and many went back to watching How Nice Is Your Brain? The Dalek Litigator arrived to deal with the situation and exiled the Doctor from the planet. (PROSE: The Dalek Generation)
