The King and Empire Railway Company was a railroad company in England in 1930. Many of its employees were taken over by the psychic sentient anomaly known as Kappa 12. One of its employees, Nicholas Clement, was able to resist Kappa 12's control and helped the Fourth Doctor defeat it. (PROSE: The Northern Heights)
