Yoanna Rayluss was an inspector on Manussa, who inspected Rick ausGarten's TV studio. Whilst seeing a demonstration of his machine, she saw the Mara, and it's manifestation in the Fifth Doctor. (AUDIO: The Cradle of the Snake)
