Stella Stora was a planet, possibly located near Mogar, that suffered from grain shortages in 2983. Kimber met Hallett during this time, when Hallett was investigating the shortages. (TV: Terror of the Vervoids) Willis reported on "that business on Stella Stora" and he "knows what [the Doctor] did there." (AUDIO: Davros) The Eighth Doctor once expressed a wish to be on the planet. (PROSE: Seeing I).
