Pages are automatically added to this category if a template on them includes multiple arguments for the same parameter. This results in the latest argument listed replacing any others. This includes transcluded templates such as and navboxes, which may result in every page it is on being placed in this category, even if the template, and not a separate problem on the page itself, is at fault.
