Alice Withers was the wife of Harold Withers.She married Harold on 12 June 1984 after having a child by him in '82. Their child Philip died in the Stockbridge School fire on 24 June 1989. She and his wife Alice ran the Green Dragon together for many years. She knew how the Fifth Doctor took breakfast. (AUDIO: The Eternal Summer)
