The skyline when The Runaway Bride was filmed in 2006 could not have had a building that was finished in the real world in 2012. It just couldn't. The real-life Shard began construction in March 2009 according to Wikipedia. I don't live or work in London, but I live in the London commuter belt area; I visited London fairly frequently in the 2010-12 period and the Shard popped out from practically nowhere when it neared completion last year. I looked over the roof scene in Bride, and nothing in the skyline popped out (unless you count 30 St Mary Axe). -- Tybort (talk page) 05:14, October 29, 2013 (UTC)

:Good catch, sorry. Confusing my buildings. It is indeed the Gherkin I mistook for the Shard. Similar architecture, you can at least give me that! Feel free to undo that edit. I also suspect tge Wedding reference may also be the Gherkin, but I'd have to rewatch the episode to check.<br>--SOTO ☎ 05:21, October 29, 2013 (UTC)

2007?

The London skyline.

Christmas Invasion

I rewatched The Christmas Invasion (TV story), and when the Sycorax approached London I saw a building that looks a lot like the Shard in the background. Later it's windows also shatter when the Sycorax enter the atmosphere. Stryzzar (talk) 09:33, April 24, 2015 (UTC)
