Robert Banks Stewart (born 16 July 1931) wrote the Doctor Who stories Terror of the Zygons and The Seeds of Doom. He also wrote the initial synopsis of The Foe from the Future, which was adapted as part of Big Finish Productions' The Lost Stories range of Fourth Doctor audio stories.
