Tom Girton was an inhabitant of Devil's End and a member of the Master's coven. He informed the Master that the Third Doctor had arrived at the Cloven Hoof.
He stole a UNIT helicopter and tried to kill the Doctor by driving him into Azal's heat barrier, but crashed into it himself. (TV: The Dæmons)
