Alexei Kozlov was an officer who sent Leonid Kurakin to look for Grigori Kalashnikov and Christina Pushkin. He thought he was in a relationship with a former colleague, but was in fact not as she was in a relationship with Larisa Petrov. He wasn't too bothered about that.
