Pteratrark was the ruler of Tertarac. He was very fond of dueling and would start a war if you dropped a napkin. At the inaugural meal at Dirani's he wanted to get really drunk. He started an argument with Flitamus by walking too close to him. He was a very good swordsman. His species was bird-like. Pheen-Tu said he was a chauvinist. He knew of Mandrake's plan.
