Ron Tarr (14 November 1936-20 October 1997) played 'Big Ron' in the television soap opera EastEnders and in the crossover Doctor Who special Dimensions in Time, although his contribution to the latter — which was an alternate sequence in place of Mandy Salter — was never broadcast. He has also been spotted as an uncredited extra in the Doctor Who television serial Destiny of the Daleks. (DWM 283)
