Reg Pritchard (1925-18 January 2013) appeared in two Doctor Who television stories: as Ben Daheer in The Crusade and a man in a Mackintosh in The Daleks' Master Plan.
This duplicity of role, not uncommon in Doctor Who, is mentioned explicitly within the body of the story. The Doctor approaches Reg in the police station in The Daleks' Master Plan and states that he has met him before in "the marketplace in Jaffa" — an explicit reference to The Crusade.
He was also considered for the role of Laurence Scarman in Pyramids of Mars. (TCH 24)
