Xavier was a faculty Inquistor who questioned Renk Van Magnastein. He said that Bernice Summerfield had committed a category B science blasphemy. He saved Benny and the Seventh Doctor from Ameilia Geller and the zombie. Benny was a failed experiment according to him. (AUDIO: The Revolution)
