Ian Cullen played Ixta in the Doctor Who story The Aztecs. He later played Nadeyan in the Big Finish Doctor Who audio story Dark Eyes.
He is best known for playing PC/DC Joe Skinner in over 200 episodes of police drama Z-Cars. His other television appearances included roles on Department S, Blake's 7, Return of the Saint and The Bill.
