Jack Pitt (15 July 1940-26 May 2003) appeared in several Doctor Who stories: as a Zarbi in The Web Planet and a Mire Beast, the cabin steward and a Mechanoid in The Chase. He later had uncredited roles as Gearon and a Dalek in The Daleks' Master Plan. (DWM 272)
