Ma and Par was the title of a one-off online comic strip based upon Torchwood published exclusively on the official website of Watch, a digital cable network in the UK. The strip, which was created in conjunction with Torchwood Magazine, was published to promote "Alien Invasion Week".
Summary
When investigating a series of disappearances at the Pontyvale Golf Course, Torchwood Three encounters a Bull-Craktor. They lure it to the pool, where Jack Harkness electrocutes it. At this point, the eggs the Craktor was guarding hatch and its mate awakens.
