While on Gharusa Prime, Slist pretended to be the Ninth Doctor. As "The Doctor", she was the star of the holovid show Doctor Who? and author of "autobiography" Doctor's Orders. "The Doctor" was voted Cosmopolitans sexiest planetary savior for nine years in a row. His companion both in the show and on Gharusa Prime was another Slitheen who assumed a human name of Penny.
