Max Fisher was an industrial spy.
In 1989, he tried to learn why Galaxy Plastics Inc was so successful. During his investigation of their factory, he disrupted operations and badly damaged the Auton Mr Dolman. He was pursued and killed by Dolman. Later, an Auton facsimile was made of him. (COMIC: Business as Usual)
