Summary
Young Sam (a girl) and |Harry are building a trainset that their father was building and had stopped. They decide to continue with it. When Sam is looking through a box from Harry's father's old work, she finds the old head of a Cyberman. She keeps looking through the box and she finds a arm and its body with an arm and two legs still attached .They decide to put the Cyberman back together. It later wakes up and orders Sam to help the Cyberman build a cyber-conversion unit. After it is finished Harry tries to kill the Cyberman by hitting him with a big heavy model train. Harry's mother comes in and sees the Cyberman. She screams and is restrained by the Cyberman, who then converts the three of them. The Cyberman proclaims that, "THE CYBERMEN SHALL RISE AGAIN!"
