The Doctor was a fictional character in the television series Doctor Who. He could change his face multiple times, and as of episodes broadcast in 1979, had done so three times. His fourth incarnation was portrayed by Tom Baker. Baker defeated Beep the Meep through his babbling, which was enough to remind him of the character he played, and Beep's old enemy who actually existed in one universe. (COMIC: TV Action!)
