In an alternate universe Doctor Who was a television show, chronicling the life of "the Doctor". The main star of the show was Tom Baker (who played the Fourth Doctor in the show). In 1979, when Beep the Meep came into this alternate dimension, Baker was a key part of foiling his plans - his babbling was enough to remind Beep of his old enemy (a fictional character in this universe).
