The BBC's Christmas message of 1981 featured a segment with the Fifth Doctor and his companions.

This is the first story to feature the Fifth Doctor in his costume, and the first to feature the Fifth Doctor without the Fourth.
Save the Doctor, the characters are in their costumes from Logopolis.
