Doctor Who: Original Television Soundtrack: Series 4 was a single CD that featured soundtrack music from Doctor Who's fourth series by Murray Gold. Ben Foster conducted the BBC National Orchestra of Wales.

- Included with the CD was a sixteen-page booklet that featured pictures of the Tenth Doctor, an Ood with Red Eye, Davros, Sontarans, Donna Noble, and a Vespiform. Also included was an introduction by Murray Gold with notes on each track, along with an interview by Michael Beek (Writer, Film Music Journalist, Critic) with Murray Gold and Ben Foster
- The total run time for the CD was 76 minutes and 27 seconds.
- The back cover of the case has a production error. After numbering each song, the number is followed by a full stop. Number 26 however, is followed by a closing bracket.
- The "Voyage of the Damned Suite" incorporates an instrumental rendition of the song "The Stowaway".
