The House on Oldark Moor was the twelfth short story in the Short Trips anthology Short Trips and Side Steps. It was written by Justin Richards. It featured Dr. Who, Ian, Barbara and Susan.

- Both the name Tarkin and his role in the story were probably intended as references to Peter Cushing's film roles in Star Wars and in Hammer Films movies where he portrayed Baron Frankenstein.
