Rattigan Academy was a school located outside of London. It was founded by Luke Rattigan and the students were hand-picked from all over the world. The school's main focus was scientific subjects and it had an advanced laboratory.
According to the database of Luke Rattigan[additional sources needed], the school housed over a hundred students, but the only known staff member was Luke himself: as benefactor and founder of the Academy.
Inside the school was a teleport pod used by the Sontarans to get from their spacecraft to Earth. (TV: The Sontaran Stratagem)
