Gregor Arkady was the great-grandson of Piotr Arkady.
After being exposed to radiation from the Chernobyl disaster in Takhail in 1986, the Arkady family developed a genetic mutation. It culminated in Gregor, who could reanimate dead bodies and feed on their bioelectric energy. He was eventually able to transform into an incorporeal being of pure energy in 2086. He went to Moscow, planning to kill people in revenge for the deaths of his great-grandfather's fellow villagers. He was stopped by Ivan Milov, a sort of antibody created by the Earth. When Arkady tried to kill Milov, he was destroyed instead. (COMIC: Black Destiny)
