The Dalek Battle Computer was a computer interface the Daleks used that required a humanoid interface to function as the creative intelligence. The Renegade Daleks placed one on Earth in 1963 this Battle Computer required a Human interface to act as a creative intelligence, the human was a young child that was conditioned to obey the Daleks.
