Jamie McCrimmon used quick-set plastic to damage the Wheel capacitator bank, putting the station's x-ray laser out of commission. It was kept in a container resembling a perfume bottle and could be easily sprayed wherever desired. According to Jarvis Bennett, it wrecked the sensitive electronic equipment in a matter of seconds. (TV: The Wheel in Space)
Behind the scenes
The bottle is clearly labelled "quick-set plastic", and Jamie calls it that. But Bennett calls it "quick-seal plastic" instead.
