Clem Sel Hetch Blathereen was one of the Blathereen criminal group in the 26th century and the cousin of Ermenshrew Blathereen. He disguised himself as a human pilot piloting a shuttle taking Rose Tyler to Justice Prime, he was then attacked by Dennel (who hid aboard the shuttle), they tried to use his palmprint on the shuttle's flight console however his skinsuit was destroyed when a flame from a lighter interacted with his compression field's gas exchange.
