Brian Miller played Dugdale in the Doctor Who story Snakedance and Barney in the Doctor Who story Deep Breath, and provided Dalek voices in the Doctor Who stories Resurrection of the Daleks and Remembrance of the Daleks. He played the tramp Barney in the 2014 episode "Deep Breath." He was married to Elisabeth Sladen until her death and is the father of Sadie Miller.
He appeared alongside his wife as Harry Sowersby in The Sarah Jane Adventures story The Mad Woman in the Attic and as Abbotly in the Big Finish Productions audio story Ghost Town.
He also played Rexus in the audio story Reborn. He additionally voiced the Daleks for Doctor Who Pinball: Time Streams.
