Rexus was a surgeon on an alternative Gallifrey. He could implant and remove regenerations from Time Lords. He used this technique to torture Narvin. He later betrayed Dondequest by using his technique against her. Narvin recognised him from his own timeline. (AUDIO: Reborn)
