Siatak was a Voord who fought during the Last Great Time War in the year A10%?
He was present on Marinus when the Daleks attempted to invade the planet. However, Siatak had informed the War Doctor, who used a chronic tripwire to age the Daleks until they were nothing but dust.
Siatak then privately talked with the Doctor about the war and how the Voord feared the Time Lords would revert the Voord back to how they were before the war had enabled them to evolve as a species. Although the Doctor admitted he could no longer promise anything given the current state of affairs, he did agree to act as an intermediary between the two races. Regardless, Siatak admitted he feared what the future would bring. (COMIC: Four Doctors)
