Tondra was a guard on a prison ship. She tried to get the computers running again after Safira Valtris hacked them. She told the Sixth Doctor and Laris that the ship was stalling. She hated Safira and wanted to kill her as her whole family was killed in one of Safira's bombings. (AUDIO: Breaking Bubbles)
