Thomas Kincade Brannigan was a Cat who lived in New New York with his human wife, Valerie. They travelled in their flying car, and had been stuck on the motorway for twelve years by the year 5,000,000,053. They had several two-month-old children, who looked the same as regular Earth Kittens. When he saw the Doctor stuggling for air he let him into the car, when the Doctor told him that he was searching for his companion Martha Jones. He told the Doctor about the Motorway and how he had spent twelve years only traveling six miles. He was later released from the Motorway when the Face of Boe opened it up. (DW: Gridlock)
- Not much of Brannigan's background is known beyond the above. One unresolved mystery is why a member of Catkind would have an Irish name and accent.
