Agnes Landen was an Earth Alliance Commander during the 42nd century.
Her people developed the cybernetic battle spacesuit used by the Spacers. She helped defeat the Dalek invasion of Talis Minor. Talking to Salus Kade afterwards, she told him she needed people like him, but did not press him to join the Spacers. However, Kade chose to enlist. Landen was later made a general.
